Our proprietary heat treatment process—combining deep carburizing and precise quenching—ensures maximum core toughness and surface hardness for bit cones and legs. This advanced thermal processing allows our tricone and PDC bits to withstand extreme Weight on Bit (WOB), high torque, and intense impact without structural failure.
